Getting to Know You

I take my slogan, “I represent people, not property”, very seriously. In order for me to find the right home or land for you it is essential that I develop a relationship with you. The best way to do this is in our initial visit. This time together serves a number of purposes.

First, I will go over the role of a Buyer’s Agent. I will explain what you can expect of me and the services that I provide.

Next, we will sit down together and talk about the type, location, size, and special features of the property you are looking for. The more information you can provide to me in regards to this criteria, the better I will be able to serve you.

Typically, thanks to the power of the internet, we can begin to look at properties right away.  You can view homes and acreage right from my office to begin to narrow the choices down and to develop a feel for the type of properties in your price range.

Once we have selected a list of potential properties the real fun begins! I will begin to set up appointments for us to visit the homes and you will begin to get to “kick the tires” at each property.

The best part of being with you during your visits to these homes is that I will quickly get a feel for what your “Dream Home” is. So even if we do not find the right property on the initial visit, I can continue to do research and contact you when the right one comes along.

Also, during this visit, I will provide you with a map and other resources to help you in your quest. The important thing to remember is that the perfect property is out there, it just takes time and patience to find it!
